How It All Started
I never really wanted to go to college — not in the traditional sense. While everyone focused on lectures and exams, I spent most of my time learning skills that genuinely excited me. Coding. Automation. AI workflows. That's where my curiosity turned into obsession. Those early years weren't about grades — they were about building things that worked. This mindset became the foundation for everything that happened next.
My Journey
My journey began in core engineering. At Telaverge Communications, I worked across backend systems, automation, and cloud deployment. I automated Kubernetes workflows, built secure REST APIs, and improved release reliability using Docker-based testing on Linux. This year shaped my fundamentals in scalable systems, infrastructure, and disciplined engineering.
In 2023, I moved deeper into AI at HeyDaw Technologies. I rebuilt APIs using FastAPI, set up AWS CI/CD pipelines, fine-tuned GPT models, and built AI features with LangChain, Pinecone, and speech-to-text integrations
Later that year, I entered Startupathon, a Persist Ventures-backed challenge to build, iterate, and ship real products. I submitted FaceSearch AI, rapidly refining the prototype through feedback cycles. The project stood out, won Startupathon, became my official venture, and led me to join Persist Ventures as a Full Stack Developer—taking FaceSearch from concept to production.
As FaceSearch AI scaled and more projects came my way, the workload grew fast. After building and delivering across multiple initiatives, I was encouraged to start hiring and building a team. That decision transformed how I worked.
I stepped into the CTO role, leading engineering across the venture network. I built automation systems like the Ops Board, Daily Update Bot, and AI Guru Analytics, managed global engineering teams, delivered AI, blockchain, and web products, and scaled the organization from 30 to 150+ members. I also designed hackathon-based hiring systems and reduced operational costs through AI-driven workflows.
In 2025, my role expanded into full C-suite leadership. I began overseeing operations, investors, clients, and cross-border delivery—managing 10+ client programs and 8+ active projects at once. I built PM and QA frameworks, strengthened investor relationships with Blumberg Capital, Blockchain Founder Fund, and Equita, and closed $200K+ in follow-on programs.
Alongside directing engineering and operations end-to-end, I continued overseeing FaceSearch AI’s growth, managing product improvements, user scaling, and partnerships in parallel with my responsibilities at Persist Ventures.
